service. Some items on the receipt weren’t actually done, they push for a stupid expensive “subscription” plan to suck your money out of your account for no reason. They’re fine. Final edit: called by their manager, nice guy, offered a refund which I didn’t need because they did the work, I just thought it was high but again, it’s 2024. He’s right though, grading has to be against other GA companies, not the rest of the world because Americans don’t even have the concept of “premier” service (ie: clean the unit, replace bad insulation, re-tie wires would be outstanding but in GA just showing up at all is 5 star service.) So cool, 4 stars. Good job. Still waiting for the pack of screws they said they’d send so I can fix what they broke. I don’t think they’re sending any. I’m off to Lowe’s I guess. Seems like I should have the same policy as a store right? You break it you buy it.

Had to have a tech out on Saturday, to look at A/C. Very knowledgeable, small problem, fixed it. With temps so high, was surprised , we called, he was here in 45 min. from time I called to report it. Good service. I’d highly recommend these guys! Thank you for a such a fast response! Satisfied customers!

I have used Premier twice now and both times they were very prompt to my home and did an excellent job on the repairs needed. I purchased a service contract with them because of their quality service.

I had a technician come out on this past Friday July 5th, 2024 from Premier Heating and Air. I was quoted $346 for a starter. I asked specifically, if it was an issue caused by the capacitor, and the tech said no it was not. When I told him to replace it, he then came back and said my motor was bad, and that would be another $600. I explained to the tech that I suffered with extremely bad asthma, and having cool air is a necessity for my health. Paying over $1,000 for repairs to an 18 year old HVAC did not make sense. I asked the tech to quote a new system, but he responded that someone else would need to come out today, Monday, July 8th to do so. Therefore, I paid him $158, ($89 for a trip charge, and $69 for the diagnostic), and he left my home, and I still did not have my unit running. I immediately had my daughter go out and purchase a window A/C, because as I stated, I suffer with extremely bad asthma. Lucky for me, I called Estes to get a second quote for a new unit. They said that they were going to come out on Sunday, July 7th, to give a second quote, but thank God, that they actually came out on Friday, July 5th. After about five minutes, my unit was back up and running, and cooling my house. I waited until today, Monday, July 8th, to leave this review to make sure my unit ran through the weekend with no issues. It has, and I am beyond upset with the service I received from Premier Heating and Air. Having cool air is not a luxury, but a necessity with these hotter than ever summers, and more people dying from heat-related injuries. Now I have a window unit that needs to be returned, and I’m out extra cash as well for tipping. This was definitely not the service I expected to receive. Update: Not sure if this is the correct way to update my original post, but that is what I’m trying to accomplish. The owner of Premier Heating and Air personally called me the day I posted this review. He took full responsibility for the error, apologized, and offered to refund my money for the service. I appreciated being contacted by the owner, it showed a level of integrity that is missing from many companies today. I am satisfied with the resolution.

I highly recommend Premier Heating & Air. Keith Farrar, the technician who repaired my AC, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job correcting the problems with the system. I will definitely contact this business if I need work done in the future.

Technician came out to service my 3 units. Cleaned all 3 condenser coils and stated that one unit needed to have a part replaced. After the part was replaced he stated that wasn’t the problem that now the compressor needed replacing after he broke one of the connectors on it. He stated that someone from the office would be calling me to get the part ordered. That was a week ago and still no call or email other than to give them a rating on their service. I personally do not recommend them, especially since all he did was check cooling cycle, freon pressures and clean all 3 condenser coils for over $800 and now I am down one unit when I had 3 units working before he showed up. DO NOT USE!
