Last week, I met Kyzar’s technician, Michael Gubich, because a friend’s AC unit was not working and she’s out of town. I went to her house to let Michael inside. He assessed the problem in a very methodical approach. He came back a couple of days later to install new equipment and was efficient and professional. I was so impressed with Michael’s professionalism and knowledge that I requested him for my six month check up. I trusted what he told me that I needed to have my AC unit run more efficiently. He explains everything so you can understand what’s going on with the unit. Michael is now in my contact list as the first person to ask for as a technician. He’s a stellar technician and employee!!!

Marcos was so helpful when my AC unit was making my house feel very humid. He not only resolved the issue but took the time to explain to me what caused it and show me pictures as well as offer me options to help control it in the future. He even took the time to change my filter for me! He was the best technician I have had come out and I will definitely be sticking with Kyzar Air thanks to him

I got same day service which was totally unexpected during a heat wave in July. Todd was our technician. He was fantastic. Made the air nice and cold again. Will be asking for Todd by name in the future.
