I would highly recommend AC/DC air conditioning services. The office staff and technicians are well-trained and very pleasant when they come to your residence. I cannot express how pleased I was with the installation of my AC unit over a year ago. I also signed up for their service plan twice a year. They are very knowledgeable on going over checking your AC unit and if you have any questions happy to answer for your satisfaction. I randomly chose AC/DC and was extremely happy that I did. They did a wonderful job putting in a new unit for me. They were professional, friendly and honest – everyone I spoke to was really nice. They arrived promptly and got it done a little earlier than expected. They cleaned everything up when they finished. It actually ended up costing less than I thought it would, because the guy who did the proposal offered me a less expensive, but just as reliable, choice for the unit. You can’t go wrong with these nice folks; their high standards are old-school, and they seem to take pride in doing the job correctly and very professionally. Overall it was a great experience. Very professional. Sid and his team did an outstanding job. Showed up on time, communicated well, and didn’t leave a mess. Very happy with new unit. From chatting with them on the phone to having someone come out to give an estimate to the actual install it was 5/5. Thank you for keeping us cool!

Recently, I needed to replace my AC system due to an irreparable Freon leak. In my search for a new system, I obtained quotes from three different companies, including AC/DC Air Conditioning in Venice, FL. Traditionally, I have opted for the conventional AC systems with large outdoor condenser units. However, AC/DC proposed a different solution: a 4-ton Daikin unit. While AC/DC didn’t offer the lowest quote, the value they provided, particularly with a 12-year warranty, made their proposal the most appealing. Their professionalism and thoroughness throughout the sales and installation process were commendable. The team made sure every detail was addressed, which gave me confidence in their service and the product they recommended. The education I received by talking to various vendors was invaluable, but it was AC/DC’s offering that ultimately won me over. The Daikin unit’s smaller footprint was a significant advantage, saving space without compromising on performance. Moreover, the system operates quietly and efficiently, cooling our house quickly. Based on my experience, I would recommend AC/DC Air Conditioning to anyone in need of a new AC system. Their combination of a strong warranty, professional service, and a high-quality product presents a compelling case for considering their services.

This relationship started about 7 months ago. My husband and I have 2 soldiers in the US Army. In June of last year our oldest was involved in a Chinook helicopter crash. So naturally we were gone for months as this happened overseas and took forever to get him back stateside. (BTW all 22 souls on board survived) Anyhow we came home to find our AC had died. We called the company that was listed on our unit. Big mistake! This man came and honestly said, “I wouldn’t put my time into it, it will run for a day or two and be done.” “You would be silly to think otherwise.” Well, I am silly! I called these guys and when the gentleman named Steve showed up, he was the image of perfection when it comes to a business. Well groomed, every tool attached to his waist, and a fantastic personality to go with it. As we are telling him our story about our son and that funds are extremely tight at the moment, he proceeded to tell us that he himself was a veteran, a marine! Obviously, things were still very raw coming home to this mess along with leaving my son broken and burned for serving our county, so I naturally had tears in my eyes. This was no different than the last encounter with the previous company. Only this man went above and beyond for us! He not only fixed the unit in 5 minutes, but he also gave us a “small charge” and said it was on them for my son’s service to our country. In closing, we have 2 houses on this property with 2 units. both are very old and need to be replaced like yesterday. Because of this man’s kindness and honesty, they have now gained a full-service contract with us along with 2 new units in the very near future (Pending the life of military parents lol) So, Thank You Steve! And thank you AC/DC! Btw I am writing this today 7 months later because we had our first service visit, and it was Steve again! He really is just a genuine guy! When you see him, thank him for his service and tell him we think he’s great!
