We started noticing that it was very warm in the house and contacted Lawson HVAC. Someone responded right away and got a technician to our home and made a quick repair in just a few hours. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround and affordable repair, especially given that it’s the middle of summer. I would highly recommend Lawson Heating & AC Services!

These guys wanted to charge me 396 dollars for a new thermostat for my home in Tallahassee today. That is robbery and no one should trust their prices. They just quote you a silly high price and just hope you are desparate or stupid enough to take it. Dont trust anything these guys say. Thermostats are cheap and take no time to put in. Its a shame to see companies like this operating.

Lawson Heating & AC Services are the best! They are professional and honest and trustworthy and fair and kind and timely and hard-working! They are conscientious with their customers’ needs in mind without gouging them. They diagnosed a problem that I’ve been having for years with my 9-year-old system that two other companies did not diagnose while charging me a lot anyway. I had an emergency situation on Friday that needed to be repaired that day because I had guests coming and Brandon was fabulous. Their customer service is outstanding! I’m so grateful that I finally found them! Thank you thank you thank you!

Had a problem with my A/C. Called Lawson Heating & AC Services. Got a call back in 15 minutes and he arrived 15 minutes later with the part on his truck. Brandon is so good and familiar with his trade he knew the problem just by my describing the symptoms. He is so fast, professional, and not unimportant (since he is coming into your home) a clean cut personable young man. Why would I call anyone else… Lawson Heating & AC scored 5 stars. Thank you. Do yourself a favor, put their number on your refrigerator or more likely in today’s world, in your cell phone contacts.

So very impressed with the service. I’m 82 years old and have had over 13 houses over the years. This is the best service I’ve ever had! My house went from 86 degrees to 72 in short order. Very reasonable costs for parts and total explanation with phone shots of the work. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you Josh.

Brandon did a thorough evaluation of the problem. He repaired the shoddy work done by a major company by the same name..My ceiling and floors were ruined by the leak that was supposed to have been be repaired. Brandon fixed it and checked for other potential problems, and returned the next day to follow up of his own volition. I really appreciate it his commitment to service. After calling Keith Lawson to fix my ac they said they could not come out till Friday. I started to look for another company when I came across Lawson Heating and AC service. They could come out right away. Within hours he had everything back up and running. Very professional, Very courteous and now is my AC company for any more problems. Thanks Brandon Medina
