My AC went out last night. At 0800 I called Powell HVAC to come out to service my air conditioning unit and my AC was working again by 10! I couldn’t be more pleased with their work! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Powell HVAC to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. They are a reliable, professional, and customer-focused company that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely be using their services again in the future! We called Powell Heating and air when the A/C in our vacation home went out for our guests on the 4th of July! I called and received a call back from Joshua within about 15 minutes and he was at the home within another 15 minutes. The Ac was fixed and cooling that evening. Joshua really saved the day when most other services said “we will call you tomorrow.” Our guests could not have stayed in the home without AC and there were no other lodgings available nearby due the holiday. Thank you Joshua!

Garett is awesome, we’re on the Powell service plan, it’s terrific. He came out on a Sunday to fix my drain line. He’s been here a few other times and knows our a/c system very well. Once again fabulous service from Powell and thanks to Garrett the service technician.

Extremely professional company. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them. We get notified via postcard to make the appointment, then they call to confirm the appointment a few days prior and sent a text the day before. Our tech Kyler was so kind and professional. He made my day! See you next year

Garrett came out today (Sunday) to help us get our air working after coming back from being out of the country. It was stressful coming back to a hot house but he relieved that stress right away.

Our AC broke down at about 7 pm we called they came out right away. Our tec Cameron did a great job. Powell’s are always there when we need them 24 7. I have been with them over 25 yrs. I would always agree that if you want it done right and on time, use Powell’s. They have a great maintance plan to keep our AC working. Their tecs are always polite and know their job. Again call Powell’s for all your work. Cindy

We’ve used Powell for at least 6 years now, for our home and for our construction company and have NEVER been disappointed. We came home after a short weekend away to our AC not working and between the office, the GM, and the techs, we were back up and running that evening. Highly recommend Powell HVAC . Going on two years with new install and maintenance. They are the most honest and professional operation I have ever dealt with having been a homeowner for 30 years. The service staff is consistently respectful, knowledgeable and proficient.
