Had a new AC unit installed by Bradley. Great work, everyone was so knowledgeable and courteous. Great company to work with and recommend them for your HVAC needs. Jamie the project manager was great from the initial quote until the job was done!

I had Bradley A/C come out and charged me $600. It didn’t fix anything. One week later, They came back out and gave an estimate for ductwork of $500- 600. Then tripled the price! 3rd week, called back and they had the nerve to charge a $140 for a service call only to say we needed a whole new A/C at the price of $20,000!!!! I had another A/C company come over and repaired the A/C for$1,900. What a RIP OFF!!! THESE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY BOUGHT!!!

I previously posted a negative review for Bradley Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. I would like to reverse that review and give a full 5 stars to this company. Mr. Bradley personally contacted me ref our issue, then set in motion the corrective measures to resolve the problem. He went well above what I deemed necessary and I will absolutely be using him in the future.

Poor customer service, left the job unfinished, tile broken, wires left hanging from the hallway ceiling. I’ve spoken to the service manager who first promised to repair damage, then said it wasn’t their responsibility. I will never let them in my business again.

My AC was dripping water from the coils. I called Bradley Heating & Air and they sent a service tech out within the hour. Daniel was professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and the AC is working perfectly with no issues. Great company!!
