I have reviewed this company before and I am reviewing them again. I cannot recommend this company enough and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. My husband, son and I are on vacation and our cat sitter reached out stating it appeared the AC was not working because the house was hot when she checked in on our cat. We called Sunrise immediately and they were able to get a tech out within 30 minutes of our call. Unfortunately, our AC finally died on us and we needed a new unit, but we were panicked because we needed a solution for our cat until we could get back home and have the new unit installed. The tech worked with his manager and was able to get portables set up the very next day, as well as schedule to have the new unit installed the day after we return home. The tech Noah was absolutely amazing, the office staff which included Crystal, also amazing! They all knew we were out of town and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible, staying in constant communication, working with us and our cat sitter, who raved about them as well. This company is the BEST! We continue to highly recommend and will be using them for as long as we are in the area! You made a VERY stressful situation easier to handle from afar, especially having a pet at home. Thank you SO much Sunrise! We can’t thank you enough!

Spencer was right on time, extremely personable and pleasant, and went right to work! No problems found, but we wanted the unit checked out. We’re very pleased to have Sunrise in our corner!

David did an excellent job! Showed up on time, took pictures of everything he did and showed them to me. Also made the service contract available to me, which I signed up for. I will be considering the surge protectors for the air conditioner

I’ve used Sunrise for all my HVAC needs since moving to the area 4 years ago. I’ve been very happy with them to date. Their technicians are always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Ok I had them.install a new unit not quite 2 years ago. Came home today and everything was fine until it stopped working ..called them.up and they were there in less than 2 hrs. Plugged drain. Anthony cleaned it checked the entire system and offered a few upgrades and again this is a local business doing great work. Thorough and courteous. I’ll never use another company .. highly recommended. Anthony and everyone else that I’ve talked to at Sunrise are professional and courteous.. thanks again so.much.!!)

I’ve used Sunrise several times since 2021. I believe they are the best electrical service company. They are wonderful about meeting our electrical needs, and some of them have been emergencies. Their employees are professional and friendly. Our latest technician, Anthony, was knowledgeable, and also took the time to share that knowledge with us. He was very customer service oriented. We will continue to use Sunrise.

Thank you so much for the timely and much needed repair of our AC unit. Our technician, David, was professional and very helpful. When advised that I was new to taking care of household maintenance and repairs, he took the extra time to teach me the basics. His guidance was much appreciated for a person who previously knew little regarding the AC unit and how to do routine maintenance to keep it running.
