Local honest company that stands by their word. That was the most important to us, but on top of that they worked fast and very efficient! We needed a full HVAC replacement . Phil and his associate were in an out within 3.5 hours. Cleaned up behind themselves like they were never there. Phil was very informative and taught us how to save some money in the future if our lines were ever to clog. Hands down will recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC servicing or replacement!

Our family is a repeat customer of Patriot Heating and Air. They always provide fast, reliable service with a high level of professionalism. Today, they came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes of their arrival! Highly, highly recommend!

What a wonderful and responsive company. We had issues with our AC not cooling properly. Our duct ended up coming loose. It was Memorial Day but my whole family gets hot very easily. One of the few places that we’re working that day and someone came out within an hour of my call. Very responsive and the worker who repaired it was very friendly. 100% recommend.

We called Patriot Heating and Air to get a quote for acquiring and installing a split AC / Heat unit in our Florida Room at the back of our house. They responded quickly and Kenny and his helper arrived a few days later, surveyed our needs and measured our room. Kenny came back with 3 different choices all with reasonable prices. We chose the best one, gave him a check. A few days later the unit was delivered and installed. I especially appreciate Kenny’s attention to detail and his high quality of workmanship. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend using this company.

Update 2: Please read full review (with pictures) to see now that the owner LIED to me and now claims it is all business. I am a business man myself and understand markups, but this company is just excessive. Use your own judgement about the “great customer service” I am receiving from the owner. Would not even feel comfortable calling for warranty. Shady, shady, shady. Ethan was awesome and have no issues with his service. Good kid, personable, friendly, respectful, the whole package. But, I was charged the $75 service fee for the tech to come out on a Friday. No problem there, that’s standard. Found a defrost board needed replacement. Of course, not handy, so gotta come back. Monday rolls around and he’s out to replace it. I am expecting to just pay for the equipment since I already paid the service fee, but nope, now they want to add another $80 “labor” charge. I do not think so, that’s double dipping. Be wary of this if choosing them. Update: I did speak with Noah (great guy) about this issue. We agreed to disagree on the double dipping part. He was respectful, yet firm in his position. In the end, my fault for not asking more questions to be more informed. But not charging full rate for the board? I decided to Google the part I needed: Carrier HK32E008. Amazon has OEM part for $95.99, SupplyHouse.com for $111. Most expensive was from Grainger for $191 (but it looked aftermarket). Could not spec it from Carrier directly, but I was charged $335 (but later told part was actually $355). I’m sure there is a warehouse middleman fee in there somewhere, that must be the difference. I was not expecting the moon in response to my issue, but perhaps a “Hey, we realize we didn’t inform you of the labor charge up front and understand how that can be surprising. We hear you and will do a better job of informing customers in the future.” That would have gone a lot further than the boss man’s “customer service” response. Update 2: $250 eh? Thanks, triple dipped. You need a new supplier, cause you overpaid for that part.

After I had one company tell me I needed a new unit, I decided to get another opinion. Phil diagnosed and fixed my problem for far less than replacing the unit. Phil and his team are knowledgeable, clean, and fair priced. Thank you again for being a honest contractor!

excellent service. An evening phone call yielded an early morning service call. Phillip and his team were on top of it and had me fixed up within 45 minutes. Quick diagnostic work and a quick repair got me back up and running. Thankyou Phillip and your team! Would recommend without question
