They were super professional and took my concerns seriously and got a tech out to me on the same day. I actually called in the morning before business hours, and was met with super professionalism. I felt insane after not sleeping well for a couple days after not having a functional AC. I did not have a service agreement with this company, yet they saw me so quickly. Didn’t even charge me an emergency fee (service was within normal business hours of course). My service tech, Troy, was super chill and professional. I was astounded by how fast this dude got my AC back in service. Class act! Overall, Eco Air really truly earned my business. I’ll be recommending them to others from now on and I’ll be a loyal customer.

Working with ECOAIR Systems has been wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. When I called and spoke with Nikki, she was always helpful and called me back as she stated she would. The technician Sheleek came out both times, 1st to diagnose the problem and the second time to perform part installation. He was professional and informative. Didn’t act bothered when I asked questions. I would highly recommend ECOAIR Systems to anyone with A/C issues or need a replacement.

Our air stopped working and I checked lots of reviews for HVAC repair in the Ormond/Daytona Beach area since we are new to the area. Eco Air had tremendous reviews and I gave them a call for help. Ron came out in just a couple of hours from the time I called. He diagnosed the issue, a capacitor, and replaced it. He checked the Freon level and several other things while here, all was good. I have zero complaints and will contact them again when the time comes. Thanks Ron!

AC stoped working and we were able to submit a same-day repair request online before 9:00AM. They responded to us ASAP and sent someone out in a few hours. Ron (the tech) was friendly and explained what was needed to fix. He had it fixed within an hour. Also, he was great with our 3 unruly dogs. great service.

If I could give a higher score than 5, I would. Troy and Kayla have restored our faith in what a yearly maintenance call should be. We have never been interested in purchasing the service contract before today as we felt that we did not get our money’s worth from the one maintenance call that we received each year. Today was a game changer and I feel confident that my 3 year old unit has been completely reviewed and is great shape. Eco Air will continue to have our business as long as I can have technicians of this caliber. When it is time for our check up for the heat next winter, we will request Troy or Kayla and be confident that the maintenance will be done perfectly.

Ron from Eco air systems was amazing. A previous AC company tried to sell us that we needed a full new ac unit for $10,000+. Ron and eco air were able to use their experience and expertise to determine and show exactly where the leak was coming from and how to fix the problem. This was a much more cost-effective and efficient way, that didn’t burn a whole in my pocket. Working with Ron and the eco air team helped save me thousands of dollars and did not try to take advantage of the situation. This is exactly what you’re looking for from a contractor and I definitely recommend working with them.
