I arranged for AC Nerds to replace my duct work. It is a two day job. The day before the install they called to say they did not have permits in place. Delay and burn vacation time. So now 4 days of my time for this. They did not set up an portable AC unit to cool one room until I reminded them 4 hours into the job. They put a foot through the ceiling, which their “drywall guy will fix in the future”. They left the master bath disheveled with clothes and shoes un the middle of the room. Lastly they didn’t even open all the ducts at the end of the job, which I specifically reminded them to do, so the house wouldn’t cool until I got on a ladder and opened them all. The lack of attention to detail, clearly no “supervisor” to do quality control checks or final walk throughs. Update. The company immediately reached out, we discussed the previous challenes encountered, they quickly booked the drywaller, and performed a tech review in the attic. Update. The work was again not completed. No walk through was done prior, so again, stuff got missed. A vent in the ceiling was moved, but the old opening was never patched. I also have the added pleasure of the secondary overflow from the attic is now constantly dripping in my garage. My home watch people said it started immediately after the ductwork was replaced. I am guessing the drainpan can not handle the new amount of moisture being removed by the unit. So that is fantastic. At least their Drywall guy actually asked to do a walk through this morning. That kind of thing should have been done, obviously prior to this 3rd visit. Not thorough, not coordinated, wasted 2 days of my vacation time, and now new problems. Anyone know a good AC guy?

Loved my first experience with plumbing nerds. Clean, polite, well spoken, efficient and generally comfortable to be around. Timely. Well organized work completed without residual clean up needed. I am impressed and moving forward with new AC unit installation with them.

John Perez was very knowledgeable about our problem with our kitchen faucet. He was very nice and give me good advice. He helped me move some things out of my garage that were too heavy for me. I really appreciated his help

I want to thank Dave and Jackson who literally saved the day for my aunt!. Her AC died and two other companies overcharged her hundreds of dollars with temporary fixes that didn’t work. She is elderly on a fixed income shame on them! We called the Nerds, Dave came over the next day, checkout out what she really needed, which turned out to be a new AC unit and he took the time to explain everything step by step. A new unit was in the next day and she is so happy. I would highly recommend this company to everyone because they are honest and dependable.

Terrible experience. Was told the service call amount up front and that labor and parts would be extra for a leaky toilet. When he came out suddenly it was going to be over $900!? I agreed because it was affecting my water bill so I wanted it taken care of right away. The plumber was there a total of about 2-2 1/2 hours including going out to get the part! Will never use them again.

We were up a creek with no paddle when we called these guys and they came over within a few hours. Ryan Lane was so astute with his summation of our problem and his knowledge. I highly recommend these guys especially since our recommended plumber couldn’t see us for a week.
