As a first-time FL-Air Heating & Cooling customer, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Koral took my phone call, scheduled my service appointment, and answered my questions in a way that was clear, friendly, and helpful. HVAC tech Brandt came to my home yesterday to perform routine maintenance on our air handler. He arrived on time. His manner was courteous and professional. Brandt’s work was both careful and thorough from start to finish. He noticed that the insulation on the inside of the handler’s front panel was peeling off. He spray-glued it back into place and anchored the perimeter with a strong adhesive tape. This was a relatively minor detail–and I appreciated it. Before leaving, Brandt gave me a brief verbal summary of all the items he had checked and serviced. In a nutshell, my experience with FL-Air was excellent. They will be servicing my air handler from now on.

Another great experience with FL-Air Heating & Cooling! Zachary R. came to the house after our heat pump went out intermittently, apparently due to a power fluctuation. We were due to renew our maintenance agreement, so we did that. He checked the system, verified that the system did likely shut down due to the power fluctuation but was working normally once again. He also noticed we were down on refrigerant, so we had him top off the system. All is well. Zack was great to work with, & we look forward to working with FL-Air Heating & Cooling!

This is second time using the AC repair services of FL- Air Heating and Cooling, and again we recieved quick service, professionalism, with knowledgeable staff who set up appt and addressed our AC problem. Our HVAC technician Alvino described the problem and the options available. He was professional, and pleasant, reliable and very skilled in resolving AC issue.
