These guys have been good for years prior however I do Caution against signing up for the maintenance plans. The last time an associate came out I did sign up for the deluxe package but in the subsequent years they never came back out. Now having system issues and called this morning to get it checked out and they have no records of me paying for the plan. Spoke to 2 associates and neither seemed surprised.

04/10/2024 2-star Review: I know my A/C is extremely old and they knew going in that I wasn’t going to replace it and that I wanted a band-aid fix, but they tried hustling a new unit anyway with a costly repair quote and near 30x mark-up on a $10 capacitor. I got them down to about 12x mark-up on the capacitor, which I understand perfectly well that everyone marks materials up, but 30x is overly excessive. In the past when I’ve used them they cleaned the evaporator coils while servicing the unit, but not this time. It’s easy enough to do myself, but would have been nice since I’m sure they have plenty of cleaner handy. Since Paradise Air was taken over by Performance Air, the service seems to be subpar for the cost. Because of the hustle treatment I received today, Paradise Air lost a once loyal customer. 2021 5-star review: I called Paradise Air after a few other A/C companies wouldn’t even return my call/voicemail this past Friday. I guess third time’s a charm because I called them today, Monday, and they sent their lead tech Dan E. out within a couple of hours. He found the root of the problem, a failed capacitor on the condenser which actually had a wire that over time got eaten through from friction of the wires rubbing. So he fixed the wire, replaced the capacitor, added freon and thoroughly cleaned the coils on both the condenser and the air handler. I had a newer thermostat I bought last year that I was eventually going to install, but just had him do it while he was out. So for all that which was about 2 hours of labor I think my bill was $460 which I’m absolutely happy with. It beats replacing the unit altogether and my A/C is blowing ice cold once again. Thanks to Dan for being super knowledgeable, friendly and getting my A/C back up and running! Keep up the great work y’all!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am very disappointed with this company. I was happy with my technician the first time and signed up for their program paying annually for maintenance every 6 months. It took 3 months to get an appointment only for them to no show me twice. I called them at the end of the 4 hour window and they said oh they can’t get a tech out today…. I had to call them to find that out….Finally they show on the third reschedule (at the end of the provided window if not past it) and offer me nothing in return for being home for two 4 hour windows. I shouldn’t have even let them reschedule. Then I stupidly gave them another shot and booked another maintenance with them (couldn’t get an appointment for 3 months) then the day before they call me to tell me they have more important matters and need to push my appointment back another 2 months. I told them to just cancel it because I bet money they would have no showed or cancelled that one as well. Now my AC has not been serviced in a year and I am taking my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism is absurd. Do not work with these people. They do not care about their consistent loyal clients. This is not how to do business.

I had a new Ac unit installed back in Nov of 2021. At the time they were going through a merger with paradise air and performance ac. I bought an extended ac service contract as well. So far this year they have canceled 2 times pushing out a total of 5 months… the the time they get out here it won’t even be summer anymore. On top of that they say they can’t even find the records due to the system change. This company basically stole my money for the service contract and are saying to bad so sad. I called them to talk to a manager and they stonewalled me saying they will send an email. I don’t ever plan to hear anything back from them. I wouldn’t trust a company that doesn’t stand by their word or attempt to make things right. Also notice how many people are pointing out issues due to the merger.

This company no longer exists- it merged with Performance Air over a year ago. Trip charges are overpriced. at $89 compared to other local AC repair shops.

Second one star review due continued lack of quality from this business. We purchased a new AC and air handler from this company just a few years ago. We have spent half the cost of the original unit for under warranty repairs. They send multiple techs who come whenever they please despite the business having given us a time window to expect them. They can’t fix the problem or only fix it temporarily and it breaks again weeks later. We were told management would be contacting us to discuss but they never did.

Use Paradise air for years. Now they teamed up with performance are in their quality has gone down the toilet. Made an appointment for them to come out to do maintenance today. Over three weeks ago. Got called an hour after they were supposed to be here to say they don’t have a technician to come out today and that they need to reschedule

Every since they have merged with Performance, customer service has been terrible. 3 business days to return phone calls is not acceptable.

Last July the PVC pipe that I put 1 cup of vinegar in each month was filled with water. Paradise Air came out and unclogged it for $169 and gave me a one year warranty on the work. At the time I was happy with the service. This August the PVC pipe was clogged again. A neighbor told me that he had the same problem and his AC technician used compressed air to clear the pipe (Paradise Air did not use compressed air). When I called Paradise Air I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then rudely told that my one year warranty had expired and they could not give me a price to use compressed air to clear my pipe. They did say that there would be a $114 dispatch fee plus the cost of whatever the technician did. My confidence in Paradise Air was already low, and the treatment I received on the phone made sure I would not be giving them my money. I called the AC company my neighbor had used and made an appointment.
