We have been working with Symbiont for over 20 years, out of all the vendors we deal with they continue to give us the best customer service and appreciate the professional technicians they send out for maintenance and repairs. They just replaced our 16 year old pool heater which included one on one in person review once the install was complete. While many companies are struggling with employing good employees, Symbiont appears to be having no issues employing and retaining excellent employees.

UPDATE: The company reached out and apologized, and we rescheduled. As suspected, the service was terrific: friendly and knowledgeable. So updating from 2 to 4 stars. I imagine Symbiont is good at what they do, but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t show up. The original rep, Jackie, was terrific in following thru to get our appointment scheduled. I was given a Monday 8am-10am window. But no one had arrived or communicated by 10:10am so I called them and was told the technician had an emergency call before us. I don’t have an issue with that. Things happen. But there should have been communication. The phone rep said “let me look at GPS” and said the rep arrive within the hour. 11:30am. No rep. No communication. I have to call again, and it’s clear the technician is nowhere near our location. Again, I have no problem with them having an emergency that took priority over our service call. My issue is that a top-rated service company should have standard communication procedures for these types of situations that arise often. What a disappointment.

As an Owner of a local Association Management company, we have worked with many different HVAC and geothermal pool heater vendors. Symbiont is by far the best with their service, knowledge and customer service. They stand by their products and workmanship and always are competitive with their pricing. You will not go wrong with this long standing quality company.

Quick summary: this is an excellent company based on our experience. We were first introduced to Symbiont when our pool control panel needed to be replaced. Could not have been more impressed with the quality of installation or knowledgeable personnel that showed up and got the job done! The best. Since then we’ve had Symbiont install and service a mini-split AC for supplemental cooling. Again, first rate workmanship. We had one recent glitch with the unit and their service technician,Will, solved the problem and stayed until he knew it had been corrected and properly repaired. Any interaction we’ve had with is company has been exceptionally positive. The office staff has been great as well. This is an all around outstanding company.

Here at the Mariner of Marco Island we have used Symbiont for many years. We purchased a new Geo Thermal system several years ago for our 2 association pools and use Symbiont to maintain our equipment. Symbiont is very responsive and easy to work with. Symbiont has always been a pleasure to work with. The staff at Symbiont goes above and beyond to help their customers.

Our Community purchased a new geo thermal unit for our swimming pool. Our salesperson Patrick was awesome. The installation team led by Joel did a great job. Electrical and plumbing looks great and after installation clean up was perfect.

We’ve used Symbiont for many years in the purchase and maintenance of our geothermal pool and spa equipment for our community. We have two pool heaters and a spa heater. Symbiont has always been a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and take the time to carefully explain the equipment, how it operates and how best to maintain it. They offer options and explain the pros and cons of each to allow us to make the best decision for our community. They stand behind their work and are quick to respond when needed. We have a lot of confidence in the team at Symbiont and value our relationship with them.

This was our 2nd project with Symbiont and as it was for the 1st project, we were very satisfied. From the time Steve Olds reviewed our existing units through the install process of 3 new heating units as well as the service for our existing units, Symbiont was very good to work with. I would definitely recommend for any of your pool needs.
