I had Snyder Plumbing do a sink/faucet install. Dakota and Billy did a great job. 3 months later, the garbage disposal unit began to leak. I called Mary, and she was able to get them out to me, Pronto. Garbage disposal bracket came loose. Dakota and Terry took care of the problem in no time, with no additional fees. Snyder stood by their installation guarantee. Wow! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. Definitely recommend these peeps.

*update* received a call from electrical manager who was courteous, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. He apologized for what happened and has offered to make it right. Will modify the review as warranted, but hopeful everything turns out for the best. Have offered a favorable resolution to an issue and my original problem appeared to be an honest mistake that was apologized for and honestly addressed. I would not hesitate to give Snyder my business again.
