Kevin Gallegos was my tech. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me options and helped me achieve my immediate goals while making me aware of my long term options. With horizon, who I’ve used for many years, you pay extra. But I think the fact that when your air conditioner breaks one a 100 degree day they show up the same day is worth it.

I schedule an appointment with Horizon to come out and service my toilet for a whistling sound. Jacob, my technician, came out and gave me the diagnoses and it reflected what I had searched online. He gave me options on my repairs but also gave me suggestions on what other parts I would want to replace for preventative maintenance, since I have never had any issues with my toilet and have been living in my house since 2013. I had Jacob replace everything to be safer than sorrier (with hardwood flooring in my bathroom). Jacob was friendly and professional. Funny thing is, Jacob had come to service my house in the past. He said he likes to leave a job knowing everything was repaired correctly and not having to guess if it was or not. I like Jacob’s way of thinking and will not hesitate to call Horizon in the future with people like him working for the company.
