Bella Casa was a Lifesaver. I had my boiler stop working during a snowstorm. I called Bella Casa as a new customer and talked to John about my problem. He was very understanding and made the drive to Wilmington that day, faster than 3 other Companies I called. John, Bill and DJ were great they worked around the clock to get my heat back on. They went above and beyond, and charged a very fair price for the amount of time and parts they used to fix my boiler. I will definitely be using them in the future and couldn’t recommend Bella Casa enough.

Bella Casa HVAC is an excellent company providing the best service. John has serviced our old unit for a few years, always responsive, professional, punctual, and is so knowledgeable. John kept our old unit running for several years and has also recently installed our new unit. We are very happy with new unit and the install. John and his crew are true professionals!

I had my AC go out in the middle of the summer and John was professional and honest about my replacement options. I ended up replacing the unit. He was able to fit me in that week, and his crew did amazing work installing everything.

When our AC was clearly not working on the first 90+ day of the summer, we called Bella Casa in the hopes someone would be able to come in a day or two. John not only responded to my message within the hour, but came by right away to try and fix it. It turned out to be a larger problem, and John took the time to discuss all of our options and costs so we could make the most informed decision. John and his team were always on time, responsive, and so helpful, especially for us first-time homebuyers. Would highly recommend!

This company is great! Bella Casa has replaced our hot water heater and our HVAC system. They worked with us with the hot water heater through the energize Delaware program and everything went very smoothly. Our HVAC system died unexpectedly this summer and they came out quickly to diagnose the problem and replaced it quickly. This small business does great work, is affordable, and will work with you to get your project done!

My HVAC system broke on Thursday the 2nd. I contacted John at Bella Casa and he was able to stop by the same day to inspect my unit. He was able to schedule an entire installation of a new HVAC sytem to be completed on Friday the 3rd. He walked me through all the steps of the installation as well as the pricing options available. Everything was completed in one work day. Very professional and clean workmanship. I can not recommend them enough!

I had a new gas dryer delivered to be installed. During installation, gas valve was discovered to be bad and began leaking badly. They rigged the valve shut and told us to call plumber to fix. Whole house smelled like gas and couldn’t determine whether valve was still leaking. I got a hold of John and as soon as he heard the situation and possible gas leak he and DJ were at my house within 30 minutes. They quickly fixed the valve and discovered the new parts for dryer were damaged and would have allowed a small constant gas leak. They got all the right parts and fixed everything correctly and finished dryer hook up. Extremely professional and knowledgable, and very respectful of my young kids and pets running around and all while they should have already been on their way home for the day. Hard to find reliable, trustworthy contractors, I highly recommend!
