Horrible service. I would give them a -1 star . I used them about 3 years ago to service my system and they were good , responsive etc. But with time some smaller businesses do change. I reached out to them about 2 months ago asking them to do a check up on my system. I followed up with a few calls as I it was getting warmer. My system finally stopped work / slowed down (compressor needs help). It stopped at 3:00am. I called their 24/7 hrs. number only to get more voicemail and eventually Jason called back at 8:00am indicating they can’t service the system. They use to be professional and courtesy, but like a lot of good small companies , they been to change overtime. Don’t bother calling them for your 24/7 hr emergency service. Jason was rude and would not entertain a discussion about coming out to service my system. Take my advise and go for the bigger companies. Cheaper cost some times brings cheaper quality and service. I have never given any company a bad review, but there isn’t enough space and time for me to explain had bad this company has become. Customer Service is not what it use to be.

These guys are amazing! Great, prompt, clean, courteous, I totally trust them with my house. Can’t see Kylie enough of the work that they did for us. We had a full HVAC and heating system replacement. They went above and beyond and actually helped us reroute the chimney for a hot water heater And corrected a problem that the original installer made. They helped us find warranties kept cost down kept everything clean and haven’t had a single problem since. I recommend their service plan too.

They are always professional, honest and don’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. They have even offered for me to shop around before making any big purchases and decisions. Their monthly program is amazing and keeps a sense of reassurance in the event something happens unexpectedly!

Updating as of 2024 — Still a loyal fan of Jason and team and truly appreciate their responsiveness and kindness. Would add 5 more stars if I could. Local, respectful, helpful — and I haven’t experienced any unnecessary upselling or stress when working with this team. (Most of the time I dread making calls for home maintenance because of the hassle and stress involved.) I trust this business and would definitely recommend them to others.

Bill and Jason were great! Couldn’t believe I was able to get an appointment exactly when I needed it to be. They were on time, knowledgeable about everything, and explained it so I could understand. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves and overall, did an outstanding job that did not break my bank! Bill and Jason, thank you so very much. The house feels so much better in this heatwave now that you repaired the AC unit. I will most definitely have you back next year for a service appointment.
