Reybold Group 6 days agoMy experience with Reybold Property Management was an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, it was clear that they were disorganized and unprofessional. I had been assured ahead of time that my emotional support dog, a service dog in training, would be accommodated. However, upon arrival after traveling a long distance, I was pressured into signing a lease agreement under duress because there were no other options available. The situation quickly went from bad to worse. Despite being told we had a certain amount of time to move out, Reybold Property Management ignored our calls and kept our deposit after we moved out within just five days. They refused to accept the keys and tried to coerce me into signing paperwork that would have held me responsible for the apartment for a year, even though we stayed there for less than a week. The entire experience exacerbated my severe anxiety, and I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and harassed the entire time. The staff, from the front desk to management, were completely unsupportive and dismissive of my situation. They are not ADA-friendly and showed a blatant disregard for my rights and needs. The apartment itself was subpar, and the neighbor next door also expressed feeling trapped and unsafe, especially during storms. The exterior grounds may look nice, but don’t be fooled—this is a management company to avoid at all costs. Despite writing letters to both the management and upper management, my concerns were outright denied and ignored. I have since moved to a beautiful house nearby, but the trauma of dealing with Reybold Property Management still lingers. Ironically, my new HOA is in the same building as Reybold, and I avoid them like the plague.If you value your peace of mind and well-being, steer clear of Reybold Property Management. I would not recommend them to anyone.

JJID, Inc. 4 months agoOne star is too many. The company has been on my street now for more than a month. Have left ruts in our lawn, have dumped stone in the grass, using the street for their own private dumping ground. Stones and dirt left on the street trucking it into our driveways.Just had an employee turn around on the grass leaving huge tire ruts. SO disrespectful of private property. This is the same company that ripped down electric and cable wires while doing a job recently causing 100s of homes to be without power for hours. Inexperienced. .

J.Forrest contracting 5 years agoCame to my grandparents house And ask if they needed their driveway sealed . They agreed to allow them to do . Then they told them they needed work done on their house . My grandparents being older can’t do the things needed done , and paid them to do it . The job is unfinished and they are out a large chunk of money. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING AT YOUR HOUSE . THEY ARE A SCAM !! Idk who does this to people but I have never in my life met people like this .
