I called one hour heating and air conditioning. Elijah and Damien came out got here around 12:30 left around 2:30 replacing our thermostat and cleaned our condenser works wonderful thanks guys

This company has a billing department that is horrendous. After receiving multiple threatening calls that my bill was delinquent. It took them multiple attempts to get an invoice by email to me. After they got my money late because of their problem employee, they denied me service the next time I called. There are much better companies than this one in the area.

Despite having to wait for a parts delivery, Andy and Steven went right to removing the old furnace and AC unit, which they completed by lunch … took a lunch break while waiting for delivery from Grand Junction. Once they received the new units, they went right to work and worked late to complete the installation and complete a detailed check list for both units. they reviewed the operation of both units and did a clean-up prior to leaving following a long Hot Day! I couldn’t ask for more. We are very happy with all aspects of the installation. Thank you for a job well done! T.Mann

Our A/C unit is 27 years old and although it is working fine at the moment, we believe it is on borrowed time. Called One Hour and they sent out a technician to inspect the unit. We were given options for repair/replacement and estimate of cost. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, no hard sell tactics. We decided to go with replacement and they were able to schedule installation in two days. Very pleased with the company, both technicians, Dean and Mike, were courteous, respectful and professional. Highly recommend!
