Absolute con artists. They sold my company an ice machine less than a year ago and will not service it under warranty. They charge $280 for each service trip to do absolutely nothing each time. The machine is still broken and I’ve paid them thousands in service that should have been covered by a warranty on a brand new machine. Avoid this company at all costs! They are absolutely on par with all of the unethical contractors in the RFV. Its amazing how all of these dishonest companies stay in business. Response to your comments – Thomas, if you want to have this conversation in a public forum, lets do it. I have reached out to you directly and haven’t gotten a response. My management team did speak with you and rather than offer actual help you told us to basically stick it. So why waste my time calling you back when I know where you stand? Here are the facts: The ice machine was installed in April 2022 and you have been out for service three times since then. two service calls and once the change the filters. We’ve also spoken to Judd a couple times on the phone asking questions, so no its not just two services. How is it that a brand new Manitowoc ice machine would have constant issues requiring 3 services in less than 12 months? You charge 292 every trip to look at the machine. Thats BS. The machine should be covered under warranty. You also charged over $600 for water filters. Thats an absurd cost. I can change water filters and clean the unit myself. Your tech reprimanded my staff for changing the filters ourselves in January. Its a water filter! Its an easy service! So tell me Thomas, how is that you charge $292 to look at a machine that should be under warranty? That seems unethical to me. Does $1200 in service for a brand new $4000 ice machine seem acceptable to you? Its not to me. The fact is, Thomas, you are ripping us off and I would recommend anyone stay as far away from your services as possible. You are just like every bad contractor in this valley and trust me there are too many to count. You may be able to get away with ripping people off up valley but this isn’t Aspen. We run an ethical business and we work only with ethical contractors. If you want the machine back come and buy it back. We’re going another direction because this one is GARBAGE!

My furnace was replaced last year by US Forced Air. I had very particular concerns about how and where the venting ran, and Thomas and his team went the extra mile to deal with my concerns. I highly recommend this company.

If you want honest, straightforward service — without the run-around so typical in furnace repair — call Thomas. His company, US Forced Air, is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I called him after hassling for a year with Pacific Sheet Metal about second-rate, incomplete repair work and over-billing, and he nailed the latest issue in 5 minutes, educating (empowering) me in the process. I had used PSM for over 5 years. They just lost a loyal customer. I’m calling Thomas from now on!

Thomas is a pleasure to work with over the phone and on the job. I am Ron, Shawn’s dad and visited with Thomas during a previous repair and in deciding to have this installation. Shawn lives in the house and was on site part of the install. In visiting later in the evening we both concurred, top notch guy and top notch job. I’m sure we will be doing more business with Forced Air and specifically Thomas .
