Tony & Nick did an amazing job. They worked early on a Saturday and completed the install of my A/C & Furnace in one day. Photos of the new units were shared by them, as well as the owners manuals & personal instructions on units going forward. They are extremely neat, organized and thorough. I highly recommend this family owned (for over 53 years) business. I use them for all of my properties and would NOT have it any other way. Thank you.

We had a new furnace installed back in January for thousands less than quoted by the big name HVAC companies in town. Very professional and no issues. Highly recommended.

Second experiencing using Lakeside. First time was 3 years ago to replace our AC and furnace. This time was to add a mini-split unit to our attic area. Works great and Nick and Tony cranked it out in half a day. Highly recommend

Service Excellence Beyond Expectation From the beginning of getting a qoute to executing the work everything was top notch. Tony, Mick and Nick were friendly, very knowledgeable and even tolerated my dogs. The HVAC system that Tony suggested that I purchased is a perfect fit for our needs and home. Very greatful for their work and I look forward to working with them again. Update: Water heater went out a couple of weeks after HVAC install (Bad luck on my part). Called lakeside on a holiday weekend and got a call back within 15 minutes. Plan and install team was set up right away. New water heater was installed in a very timely maner with high quality. Thanks to Joe and Darek for a quality install!

The owner Tony came out and gave me a very thorough estimate. Clearly communicated options and then we agreed on best choice for new Furnace and A/C. I compared “5 of the top rated” companies in the metro area. I got apples/apples estimates using exact same product line, and model number. Lakeside Heating & Air had the overall best final numbers. More importantly, they had clear positive history with warranty work which had excellent reviews in this area. The other big companies had a lot of negative reviews on follow-up warranty work. They are also family owned business with 50 years plus of positive history in local communities. The installation by “Mick/Nick” was spotless and meticulous. They were on-time, excellent communication, walked me through maintenance process, and thermostat programs. Help set-up everything including humidifier options. They were exceptionally clean, laid down drop cloths, and were the best service professionals I have ever experienced. I did my homework! Use this company, you will not regret your decision. We contacted three companies to get bids and information on the myriad of machines and possible combinations. Lakeside displayed the most comprehensive knowledge (by far) and patiently educated us. They also had the lowest price, in part because they thoroughly understood the complex rebates and subsidies from Denver, Lennox (manufacturer), discount for referral from a friend, XCell, and federal tax credit. They made the required paperwork much less of a burden. We never felt pressured, but guided in our choices. Mick and Nick who installed the heat pump, furnace, and thermostat were unobtrusive, clean, and stuck with some problems until they were solved (our house was built in 1885 has a lot of history)-they even stopped frequently to pet our dog! Two friends recommended them with the same sort of positive comments; one had used this family firm for decades. The electrician they used was also quite supportive in explaining how our home is wired. They were first rate-We give them the highest rating in all aspects.

Lakeside Heating and AC helped us move a furnace from the crawl space out into the storage area with a very reasonable quote. The team removing the furnace were efficient and kept the area clean. The final result passed city inspection with an A+!

Got several bids for a furnace replacement. Lakeside had the best bid and was also very knowledgeable. No know-nothing “salesman” doing the bid shenanigans. Install was very clean and was very easy to communicate with them. When you call, they answer. When you email, they email back. They showed up on time. Everyone I dealt with was super nice, it felt like a family operation. The inspector flagged some filter that needed to be put on the egress line and lakeside timely set up the fix and got the inspector back out. It is all too common that the contractor ghosts you when an inspection issue comes up–not here. What more can you ask for? A+ service.
