We had a heat pump installed in December 2023 and everything went very well. A-1’s pricing was very competitive and their product is excellent. The heating was great as is the air conditioning. Recently, we had a problem with the AC and called A-1. They responded immediately and fixed our problem quickly. They sent their technician, Jose, and then sent one of the owners, Nick, to help us out. It was during a heat wave and I’m sure many people had AC problems but A-1 made us feel like we were their most important customer. I highly recommend this company!

Jorge was out to do the by-annual HVAC maintenance. He did an awesome job. Fixed the vibration noise in my compressor. Everything is now checked and balanced. A-1 is a great company and I’m very happy customer.

My house is cold most of the time so I called A-1 to check the HVAC for leaks in the ducts. He measured the temperature of air flow coming into each room from the vents and then checked the vents for leaks. He was very thorough and told me to have the window in one of the rooms checked because he saw condensation between the glass. I called the business that installed the window and the technician was not helpful at all. I would trust A-1 to thoroughly check and evaluate any potential leaks!
