Cesar was a great rep and helpful resource. Recently upgraded my AC unit through their Lowe’s finance program and the service was top notch. They came all the way to Porterville to fix my a/c and when they were done it worked better than ever. Seriously my ac hasn’t ran this good in years. I appreciate that they showed up super early in the morning because it was fixed before the heat of the day set in.

Wow, am I impressed with NorthWind. When Caesar came out to give us a quote he was very informative and was able to answer any questions we had. I felt very confident going with NorthWind. He said it would take 3 days and 3 days it was. Frank and Jesse did an excellent job installing and there was no doubt that they had done this many times before. Thank you, North wind and air conditioning for your second opinion and fixing the correct problem on my AC unit. Another company came out first stating another problem that wasn’t the issue. Northwind are very professional in troubleshooting ac unit. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service. great communication and professional technicians.
