I recently had the misfortune of hiring Nixon Heating Air Conditioning, and my experience was nothing short of appalling. Their lack of work ethic and respect for both the customer’s home and the customer themselves was glaringly evident throughout the entire process.From start to finish, their work was deplorable. The quality of their craftsmanship was laughable—something an amateur could have done better. The finishing touches were a complete joke, leaving my home looking worse than before they started.To add insult to injury, the appliances they installed were grossly overpriced. They offered no options for choosing other brands, effectively cornering me into paying exorbitant prices for subpar products.Overall, Nixon Heating Air Conditioning displayed a shameless disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for any heating or air conditioning needs.

My heater’s igniter broke, they tried to see me as soon as possible even though they were booked, they came the same day. They replaced my igniter so i didn’t have to go buy/ order one and it was a fair price 🙂👍 …

I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but the woman in the office that answers the phones is very rude and unpleasant. She did not listen to my questions and just kept repeating herself about them being very busy.

So far Doug Nixon plumbing has been great for me. Installed new furnace and added A/C. They repaired a main water valve encasement that was broken by a snow plow. They repaired it quickly and looks better than maybe when the city installed it the first time or the builder that built the home. For me what I have paid for the new furnace and A/C was fair. I do come from the Bay Area so?
