I’m not sure how good their techs are or how good the service is. However it didn’t get to that point since their service call fee is 250$. To come out and look at my unit. I called another local company and their service fee was 35$. Doesn’t mean good or bad company, just double what you’d pay anywhere else.

Jose did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. He was very professional and courteous. Jose was helpful and explained the process as he went along. I was very pleased and will be using Fleetwell again in the future

My experience with Fleetwell was great. The repairman Alex was very good at explaining the problem our system has and the options we have on either fixing or purchasing a new system. He was very courteous of the home and gave a good tip to help circulate air to try to cool down before the system is up and running. The prices the price for the new system are too good to pass up our family will be considering purchasing a new system, especially with the payment plan that they provide.

I was really impressed with Javier. He came out to inspect and service the HVAC units. He was presentable and polite. When he was done, he explained everything he did. He provided estimates to replace the system and explained the electric systems and rebates available to replace gas. Good to know! When I do go to replace my system I will be calling Fleetwood! Thank you.
