Reached out to Volta to have them look at our AC system which failed during the recent heatwave (July 2024). I actually managed to fix the condenser issue myself but went ahead with the appointment so that they could review my fix and identify any other issues. David was extremely courteous and helpful, and tidied up the work I had done. He tested everything and also gave great advice on keeping our AC system, our refrigerator, and our dryer running at maximum efficiency. If I ever needed AC help again, I would go straight back to Volta and David!

Had issues with our AC not blowing air but it wasnt cold. James came, very nice and helpful, did the job well and quick and told us the issue. Now our AC is working again.

Excellent service and communications from the moment I called to request repair for LG washer, to completion. I was able to quickly secure an appointment. David texted to inform me that he was on his way. He was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and immediately find the right part to be replaced quoting a reasonable rate. David completed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I have to say, Volta is the company to go through! Super responsive, I call in the morning and David was here just a couple of hours later. My dryer crapped out on me and instead of doing the work myself, I decided to call in some help. I’ve used a bunch of different repair companies for professional a d personal use, Volta checks all the boxes for me. Cost is reasonable, techs are great, and most importantly, they did the job and did it right. Thank you, Thank you,Thank you!

Story is much too long – basically, washer stopped working properly. I attempted to have 2 other companies repair, no luck. Reached out to Volta late morning today (Sat). Was able to have technician show up w/in 90 mins (wow!) Dave is a godsend!! Listened to what my issues were, then got right to work. Took less than an hour to assess, diagnose & resolve the multiple issues!!! I have a working washer again! I should have called Volta first! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Dave/Volta 🤩🥰

My AC suddenly not working. Checked online and found Volta. David came the next day on time to check the problem. He knows his stuffs very well and troubleshoot it along the way methodologically. Of course, by looking at the reviews of hundreds of happy customers, you know there is nothing he had not seen before. He fixed the problem and also thoroughly double checking and cleaning everything before leaving. Volta is a great asset of Trivalley helping homeowners like me.

Refrigerator was not cooling. James came the next day and quickly identified the problem was about the compressor. He had it replaced immediately on site the first visit, saved my whole refrigerator of food. He even let me know that the manufacturer offered free compressor replacement saving me money on the part. Great service at reasonable price. An awesome trustworthy local business in TriValley area.
