Exceptional customer service! Recently, during a lovely I.E. summer heat wave, our AC of course decided to call it quits. As a continuous customer of 4 Points, I didn’t hesitate to reach out. It was an evening and the office was closed, so I contacted 4 Points on social media. They responded immediately and scheduled service for the next morning. Upon diagnosis, the replacement would be a challenge as it would need to be ordered and wouldn’t arrive for a few days. We were sweating at just the thought of triple digits all weekend with no AC. Generously, they lent us a portable AC unit to give us some reprieve while we awaited the repair. Not only was the communication excellent, but the technician, Justyn, was extremely professional, informative, and kind. We were so pleased with our service from start to finish and highly recommend this business for all AC and heating needs.

This is the first review I have written. I have had an AC unit, heater, new ductwork, insulation and surge protection installed all within an 18 month time frame. They do regular service visits and ar always prompt, courteous and efficient. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with a leak which resulted in a ceiling collapse. I called and spoke with Elizabeth and they had a field tech come out in a very timely manner. After several hours they found the issue. Over the course of a week, they solved the issue and repaired all damage (it looked better than what it did originally). EVERYONE at 4 Points is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Your customer service is EXEMPLARY and rarely seen anymore THANK YOU!!! I will continue to sing your praises to anyone in need of AC or heater service or repair.

It price point it is on the higher side however it’s worth. Great service, very respectful to the property. They gave us different options with different price point to do repair on our AC unit.
