From the office, to the evaluator, to the installers, everyone was a joy to work with and professional. Communication was timely and clear. The quote was reasonable. The whole process of dealing with Timberline was wonderful. We did have a delay in the equipment getting to them but we were kept informed throughout the process and they got us in sooner than we originally thought. The product itself is exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with having worked with them.

Would recommend anyone reading this to avoid Timberline heating. No integrity. From Jolene at the front desk, to the owner Dave. My disabled veteran mother paid this company thousands for them to leave the work incomplete. They were asked to install a return air vent, installed it upside down. Fixed it when we complained. Their employee Jackson closed some valves and caused our daughters room to get cold (low 60s), she got sick. When asked to return to open the valves, they insisted we pay them more, or charge us to just replace the valves. When we thought the work was done, another company doing pest management went under our house and saw that the vents were not strapped like Timberline promised in their work order. We asked them twice to come strap the vents and they have not reached out to us. They DID clean our vents as asked. Apparently though that was the doing of another company called ducks in a row.

We were having a home inspection done for our house in escrow and initially had a different company do our HVAC inspection. The “unnamed company” didn’t give a clear answer on any specific diagnosis, only saying we needed to replace 2 large commercial systems in the home which was a huge cost neither we or the sellers were expecting. We were still unclear on why these replacements were needed so we called out a second opinion from Timberline. Christopher Smith came out and found that the “unnamed company” was only running one phase of the system, which is why it was showing an issue. He figured it out swiftly and took extra time to make sure the inspection was thorough. He was very impressive, honest, and not to mention saved us over $15,000. We will be recommending him to all of our friends and family in town.

The whole process was made very easy and they worked around our schedule. They were very flexible even when we had to pick up our children from school and the system is working great. They checked in with me multiple times to make sure that everything was okay from the placement of the wall units to the placement of the outside unit. I was able to call in between work and talk to them and they answered every question before getting back to work. They also installed a fan system and ventilation system for our bathroom which never had one before. Overall I am completely satisfied with their professionality, their kindness, and the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

My mother-in-laws air conditioner broke on a Sunday last week in August when it was 112. (We are from Texas and we’re staying with her.) We jumped on the internet and started calling the after-hours numbers for HVAC companies. Not only were many of them rude (yes, I understand it’s hot…but this is when HVAC companies should really shine), but most went to answering machines. Timberline had a very sweet lady answer, and then the technician called us back within minutes. He left his dinner and was at our house WITHIN 30 minutes to help us. Parts had to be replaced and he had a very hot job to do. He was AMAZING!!! I give this company a 10 out of 10!!! In my opinion all HVAC companies should have the standards and customer service of Timberline!

Spoke to a women there that was so EXTREMELY rude. I will never do business with them and recommend that you stay far away. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Chris did a great job repairing our furnace. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it and then fixed it. He is talented, professional, honest, careful and a pleasure to be around. We are so glad we called Timberline!

These people are top of the line, starting with Cheryl in the service department. Always on time and fixes my problem in a hurry. Prices are very reasonable.
