This company installed are mini split system in our new house years ago. There was some warranty work that was needed to be done. When I called they came right out and fixed any issues we had. They show up when they say they are and get the job done. No problems. Thank you Gard heating and air.

Gard Heating and Air is an amazing company in all aspects of service and product quality. They installed a new HVAC system in our older home, and when they encountered problems they provided incredible service and got the job done right. Everyone was professional, efficient, thorough, and helpful. Kevin sold us a great system with excellent follow-up. Sam Young was extremely patient and good natured when we encountered difficulty connecting to my smart phone. Stephanie is great and has all the answers. Brad and Shane did the labor of the installation with friendly professionalism and made an extra effort searching out the source of a plumbing leak under the house when it was not their responsibility. Gard is a great company with wonderful people, and I recommend them to everyone for all HVAC needs.

I had my AC go out during the dead of Redding summer!!! Stephanie was very professional and prompt in getting her crew to respond to fix the issue. Turns out it was a slightly bigger issue than we expected so we had to limp the system along until parts came in. On a couple of occasions after the initial call (one being on a Sunday morning) they were very helpful and quick to respond when my system went back down. As we were waiting on parts for the permanent fix everyone was very accommodating and made us feel like we were their only customer (and God knows in the summer time that’s not the case LOL). I have grandkids there and a wife that had surgery recently and being without the AC was not an option!!! A friend in the HVAC industry recommended them and I feel it was a great recommendation and would highly recommend them myself. Special thanks to Sam and Eddie for their service with a smile!!

I called these guys to come take a look at my AC after I got a quote I did NOT trust from Pro-Tech Refrigeration for $1,500.00 to repair “defective components” on my AC system that was not working. Eddy came out and not only did he go through each component one by one and show me in detail that everything was operating within tolerance, he also discovered that the issue was actually with our thermostat. Literally saved me a ton of money. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend him enough. THANK YOU EDDY or EDDIE… however you spell your name 😉

Great Company. Thing that impressed me the most, besides the great deal they gave me, was the thorough inspection on estimate. Friendly staff and good response to getting the job done. Best place in Redding your gonna find

The office staff are really great to work with and hard working when warranties/parts are tough to find. the field techs are friendly and easy to talk to.
