A&R Air Conditioning is the best HVAC in Redding that I’ve done business with. The technician Brett came out and was not only knowledgeable, but courteous and friendly and made the repairs with an explanation of what was causing the problems, something numerous other companies I’ve had out failed to do or wanted to price gouge me to correct. A&R A/C rates were very reasonable and service was timely, and though any delay in Redding heat doesn’t seem timely, A&R got the technician out to my house quickly (a couple days) and Lani in the office maintained high standards of communication both via email and phone calls of exactly when the tech would arrive, despite an unforeseeable delay. I will definitely be calling A&R A/C for my HVAC needs and specifically asking for Brett. Thanks again.

A&R installed a new rooftop HVAC unit on our home, the install looks beautiful and the AC works great right in time before having to deal with another summer with the old junky original unit from 1991. Everyone was great from the owner to the technicians to the ladies in the office helping us along the whole time. Would recommend to anyone in the Redding area.

A and R replaced my HVAC system last Thursday and Friday. The price was fair, the installation was flawless, and communication with office staff was professional and pleasant. This is an excellent HVAC company and I highly recommend them with no reservation!

I’ve known Brad for about 2 and a half years. He and his company are the ones I can send into my mom’s house when there are no one there. He’s helped my sister out, and now everyone just leaves the door unlocked for them. My family of 13 won’t be going anywhere else if we need a job done

Brad and Team at A&R are the best! They installed an excellent Heat Pump HVAC system after one of our 2 existing gas furnace + AC systems blew out after a mouse ate through the wires in the AC condenser unit. Later, our 2nd HVAC system wouldn’t heat, and they came out and diagnosed it right away and will fix it when the replacement part limit switch arrives. Everyone at A&R is so pleasant and effective. They truly inspire confidence.
