This was one of our best service appointments ever! Allen was beyond fair and forthright in describing and teaching us how to manage our current cooling and heating systems. We have 4; 2 mini-splits, a 4 ton HVAC, and a swamp cooler. He just left and this review is the 1st thing I did.

Ryan was the best. He was able to diagnose the problem (clogged filter) and was very helpful and informative on how I should maintain the system. He was not late and showed up on time. I would recommend FRYE Mechanical to anyone needing AC servicing. Thank you guys.

Sent a awesome guy to help install a mini split on my RV cause the wiring was a pain and needed a vacuum. He was so friendly and kind and really was trying his best. When he called for back up, back up came, didn’t want to mess with the system, barely touched it, said that they usually don’t work on systems they didn’t buy themselves and promptly left, leaving me with no AC at all in an RV with outside temps over 95. Not giving 1 star because of the first technician. Really bummed because this company came highly recommended but just a real shame that the one guy refused to help us Edit: as the owner replied, the manufacturer sent us a transformer to make the two systems work and they refused to even attempt installing the manufacturers transformer to make the system work.

they were able to get me in on the same day i called. they had to order the parts but they came in early and they were here 2 days later with everything and got me back up and running. all the staff was extremely pleasant to work with.
