Great website providing the opportunity to detail your issue so that it gets routed to the correct technician, saves everyone time. I reached out to Desert Air via the nice website as they are Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. I would rather simply be ignored up-front than receive one of those canned auto-reply messages advising me that someone will be getting back with me soon – and it never happening. Receiving an auto-reply is like calling an being placed on-hold forever – better to just not answer. Unfortunately individuals form an opinion of how the business is run or customer service without ever having an actual service or repair. It is extremely hot and I am sure Desert Air is very busy, which is why I sent an email outlining my non-emergency situation so that a future appointment could be set with the best technician for a specific concern. Raymond was very helpful and such a nice guy. Since I wasn’t able to be on site at time of the appointment, he called and talked me through what i needed to know. Sent me pictures too. Really great service on our AC units! Highly recommend.

I have used Desert Air Conditioning in the past, they have always done an excellent job at a very fair price. I am not living full-time in Palm Springs, I have a management company manage my property. We had an issue with the furnace, the mgmt company called a random HVAC tech and the estimate was in the THOUSANDS! I called Desert Air Conditioning, they fixed it immediately at a FRACTION of the cost!! I highly recommend Desert Air Conditioning. Joe

Derrick and jeff came out, repaired an issue made by another company up in the high desert. Derricks estimate was on point as described. This company did everything they said they would, came on time, clean, friendly, honest, unlike the company who fooked up the job the first time. Ty again.

My AC was down and I got a service call for the next day. The guy that showed up couldn’t even fix my problem and left me with another looming summer night of heat torture. He cited that he didn’t have parts or specialize in this brand of AC… so then why didn’t the person that scheduled my appointment yesterday ask what type of AC I have? And how do you not carry parts in your truck? After all that and paying a $90 diagnostic fee where all he diagnosed was that he couldn’t help… I took on the task myself and fixed it WITHOUT any new parts. Yikes! I thought I was calling and paying for help.
