We had an AC unit fail in the night with triple digit temperatures forecast all week. I called Assured because of their high ratings and 24 hour urgent call availability. Chris called me back after a few hours then came out ASAP to take a look. He is very knowledgeable but not pushy. He listened to my concerns and actually did what I asked! Super guy, very professional and we look forward to working with Assured in the very near future – like next week! ( it’s not always good news) Great job Chris

If you want honest, trustworthy, service oriented family owned business to do the job right the 1st time; Assured Heating & Air is the only call you should make. We waisted thousands of dollars in the past using big commercial sales oriented companies without satisfaction. CANT THANK Chris & his staff at Assured enough for the service they provided at 3 homes in our families. We are completely satisfied with Assured Heating & Air conditioning.

Chris came to my home at DHCC this evening to check out why one of the AC units that cools the bedrooms wasn’t working. Apparently the units were not maintained well by the previous owners or installers who put them in. I’m so glad with his thoroughness the units are now cleaner than before. Chris is coming out tomorrow to complete the maintenance and discuss bundle packages. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
