Highly recommend!! Our older HVAC system has been in desperate need of repair, as the cooling element died on us during the scorching heat earlier this month. I reached out to 1st Choice and their technician came and both quickly identified the problem & fixed the issue on the spot, in stark contrast to the hard upsell we experienced with another company just days before that could neither diagnose the problem nor recommend a solution (other than trying to sell us on a whole new system at an exorbitant cost!) Our heartfelt thanks to 1st Choice and Michelle & James, who own the company, as well as to Steven the service manager, and Jeff, the technician. We so appreciate your responsiveness, honesty, and the high quality of work performed!!

I can’t say enough good things about 1st Choice HVAC and Richard, the tech who serviced my AC today! He was professional, yet down to earth. Richard correctly diagnosed my main AC problem immediately and also went on to fix a couple more minor problems while advising me about possible future issues to watch for. Richard showed integrity and respect for me and for my home. He demonstrated in-depth knowledge and clearly explained everything. And lastly, I believe the cost for the repairs was reasonable. I recommend and will engage 1st Choice again and will request that Richard be sent for my future HVAC work.

I highly recommend this company! We had several HVAC companies come over a 12-month period and attempt to fix our heating and A/C in our building. They all charged us for each attempt, all which failed. Finally Chris came and was able to find the problem that all others missed.

Chris and James are awesome! I called a bunch of companies for quotes and to get our HVAC system fixed. Everyone was quoting $12K. Over 5 different companies. We even had another company come out and try to fix it with no luck. Chris came by the same day and offered a solution for only $360! We tried it and it fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend these guys!

1st Choice is perfectly named, they’re now my first choice in HVAC – and the first I recommend to friends as well. I chose them to install a new Lennox a/c system in my condo back in 2020 and their team did an outstanding job replacing my old system, exceeding my expectations. I recently asked them to give it an inspection and they sent over Nico earlier today. What a great young man, very considerate, thorough, and knowledgeable. Everyone I’ve spoken with at 1st Choice has been like that. Oh, and my HVAC system still performs flawlessly! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
