Tech was nice but waited a whole day waiting on my estimate. After not hearing back from them within a day I reached out to them and they told me they were not able to replace my system. I would go with another company.

We are most thankful for the tech team that came out and troubleshooted our unit shutdown. It took 2 hours from start to finish, to perform the entire process and repair. The only reason we gave 4 is because we had a problem reaching them initially (phone lines had issues). Thank you Morris and thank you Aaron.

I must say that I’m am disappointed with the quality of the new ac into that was installed about a year and a half ago. I have had to call out techs multiple times to come out for repairs. The company has been responsive when called for them to come out. My issue for this new of a unit there have been way to many things go wrong. I just want unit to work consistently and without problems. Customer service has tried their best to resolve issues. I just need the product to be fixed or replaced at this point.
