Thomson has done two AC projects for us and both turned out perfectly. For the first project we got estimates, but when it came to the second job, we didn’t even bother; that’s how good they are. Everyone we’ve encountered there is knowlegeable, professional, courteous and friendly. They take their time and are very careful with everything they do. Before they leave, the work area is always left in pristine condition. We highly recommend Thomson AC for all of your heating and AC needs.

Ethan from Thomson AC went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my AC issue. Another company (whose technicians get a commission on the parts/systems they sell) told me my AC was shot and was all too quick to send me costs for a new system. Ethan found the problem to be an inexpensive part and replaced it and my AC is now running fine. Instead of paying $17k+ for a new system, I got a $300 bill and was all too happy to pay that small amount. Thanks Ethan and Thomson!
