Salvador came to our house for the annual inspection of the plumbing. He was excellent in identifying what I needed to do for upgrades and gave me quotes on them in an email. He was thorough and efficient as we walked around to all of the plumbing systems. We’ve also had Freschi, Sal and Gus come fix the irrigation pipes that broke.

5 days ago Freschi emailed a confirmation about today’s appointment but when they hadn’t shown up after 45 minutes past, I called and was told that they had canceled my appointment because they overbooked. Next appointment in three weeks.
