I use Service Champions for all my plumbing and heating and A/C needs. The quality of work is superb. All the techs know their stuff. I had my waste lines under the house replaced and when it was done there was a hole left where the line came into the garage. Well the guy they sent out did a better than expected job. He also repaired some small holes left from previous work. Great stuff. The call center number is the best all 7s how can you not remember that. The call center staffing is the best. When I need to make an appointment I’ll let them know my dates and times I am available and just tell them to book it and confirm via text or email. They always do follow-up very rare these days and that is a super plus for me. I will always recommend them .

The installation was great. I’m very happy with the equipment. The only thing I’m very unhappy with is the fact that Brandon, the salesman did not hold his promise. To close the quite expensive deal he offered me something that was impossible to deliver.

They are prompt and have a very convincing sales pitch. The primary reason for their $99 special is to find out how old your equipment is in order to sell you a complete new system. My advice is to get a competitive bid before hiring them.
