My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Econo Air and their team to replace our HVAC unit, that broke down unexpectedly during a heat wave. Within 5 days they were out to replace our entire unit. I must say, their service was exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly efficient, with the installation completed in just one day. The engineers sent by Greg, the owner of Econo Air, were not only highly skilled but also friendly and personable, taking the time to ensure that every aspect of the installation was done to perfection. Greg was always checking in with us and his team though whole installation process, ensuring that everything went smoothly. The new unit is not only working flawlessly for the hot summers here in Bakersfield, but also significantly more energy-efficient, which is a huge bonus. We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided by the Econo Air and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their HVAC services. I needed to replace my HVAC system and decided to to go with a quote provided by Econo Air. The unit I wanted presented some installation challenges and their installers did an excellent job of getting the unit in and working. Econo Air incured some extra labor/parts expense in satisfying my wishes but stuck with their original quote. I was quite happy that their attitude was “the customer came first”!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!! Gerald

Worked with Gary (not the owner) on getting a fireplace insert. He educated us and was very professional. He informed us of the rebate program for gas fireplace inserts and we are very pleased with our service. Also the install technicians were very professional and made sure to discuss all the fireplace amenities.

My AC broke in the middle of July on a hot Saturday. I called Econo air at 3:40 pm for a capacitor. Luckily it was in stock but they close at 4 pm. The store manager and the gal waited until I arrived. Last time my AC broke it took about a week to even get a tech out to look at it. The capacitor fix the problem. I was up and running again. My family and I are so grateful for the staff at Econo Air. A weekend without AC would of been rough for our family. Econo Air thank you for the great customer service!

Paul in the parts department is very helpful, he’s honest and will let you know your options up front even if you end up buying your parts elsewhere.
