Conclusion: The tech from the other company stood in our driveway and pointed to a box on the outside of the unit. He explained that it is the main power switch to the unit which would explain why your Tech’s did not find power at the “damaged parts” and why there was power when they plugged them into power in my garage. Hence flip the main power switch on and the unit works. Are your technicians that incompetent??? Seriously… Update: my unit was cleaned and serviced by another company this afternoon for Avery reasonable price without replacing said damaged parts. This company was HONEST and up front. Shame on you Cool Image!!! Cool image is a terrible company with very poor customer service. Their service men came out to my house and stated I needed new electrical out lets and I was quoted a ridiculous price. I called another company who came out and stated there is nothing wrong other than the unit needs to be serviced. I will never recommend this company to any one.

I can not express how happy I am with this company. Our furnace died and they put in a new furnace and the employees did a marvelous job. Please if you need any work done please call them they do great work. Thank You!!!-

I called yesterday to have my heater repaired they came this morning had it working in less then a half hour. Marsahal was very pleasant to talk to and was very in formative on regular maintenance. He told me to replace the filters as they were the incorrect ones. He gave me a replacement one so I did not have to make an extra trip to buy one. Thank You Cool image. Thank You John Vaughn and crew you guys are aswome. I appreciate your company.

Cool Image is AMAZING & oh so “COOL”. Carrie is the GOAT!!! When I say this company was a blessing by God, I truly mean that. I was about to give up and Carrie talked me off the ledge of emotional anxiety and stress. I truly had lost all hope in “good” people, “good” companies. They were exceptional. The techs were on time and so educated in their field. Very efficient and detailed. Carrie kept me up to date, responded to every single text, even the ones of me rambling nonsense that had absolutely nothing to do with my service. They truly are a company of integrity. God placed me at the perfect door. He opened it and Cool Image was the miracle I needed. I highly recommended them. I wish other companies could follow their example. Great staff. God bless the techs who work in the heat and sacrifice comfort to give it to us. Super happy with my experience, can’t say enough good things about Cool Image. My air conditioning was out for almost two weeks, cool image claim to have the parts on a certain day, that day came and went. So I contacted them to find out what was going on, on their voicemail it states that for a faster response to text them. So I did just that. I text the company to see when the parts would be in and when they would be out to do the repairs as promised. I get a call from the owner of the company that I am harassing them and for me not to call or text or she was going to walk away from the job! She was very rude and unprofessional, she didn’t realize I been lied to by her staff about when they would be out to do the repairs, it’s 3 digits weather, I have 3 small children at home, one child with health issues ,fans were not working, we were unable to sleep in our bedrooms because of the heat upstairs. We were very uncomfortable!!! At the end of the day if you want to run a successful business, don’t be rude and inconsiderate to others, learn how to empathize and be transparent it goes a long ways. The work got done and I’m thankful for the technician’s! But the owner is rude and unprofessional and I would never do business with someone like that in the future.

Super nice people, very professional, fixed my a/c unit. It has never worked this good. I would recommend them to anybody having issues with their heating and air conditioning.

So far they’ve been back to my House to fix the heating three times , every time they come they are NOT apologetic. It always seems like if THEY are the ones inconvenienced by the matter when it’s my family suffering in 50 degree weather cause of their repeated mistakes . This has not happened once or twice and the fact they don’t even extend a sorry is beyond me . At this point I am let down by this company and I hope they fix it for good this time cause i don’t want them over my house 3 times a week . Do better . Also they brought a 13 year old with them
