They replaced failing Geothermal system with new Heat Pump/Air handler. Went out of their way to clean up on my requests from the old geothermal system. Job completed quickly and professional. I would highly recommend. New system works Great.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. They are absolutely fantastic. They came out the morning I called them and fixed the problem and got the air conditioner working again. Absolute life savers… for dogs and humans alike. I cannot recommend Randall and team enough for their speed, honesty and quality of workmanship. Our air conditioner unit went out (100° plus temps) and they were at at house the next morning. Let us borrow a AC unit till our unit arrived (which they had expedited at no extra cost) .. they had us back to normal in less than 48 hours!!!! Only delay was waiting on new unit to arrive! HIGHLY IMPRESSED and they guarantee their work! If you need your AC serviced or repaired.. call them!! Don’t delay!

We woke up this morning to a home that was warmer than usual and discovered that our AC wasn’t working properly. Being new to the area, we didn’t know which local AC repair company to call. We have had some less than positive experiences in the past with air conditioning repair companies back in Dallas. After reading some online reviews we called Arctic Heating & Cooling. Randall answered the phone and I explained my problem to him. He said that he would be right out. He arrived at our house within 30 minutes. In August. He quickly diagnosd the problem and had us back up and cooling in no time. We were really impressed with the service. Randall was very friendly and professional. We now plan on having them on a regular maintenance service. Arctic Air is now our HVAC company and we highly recommend them to anyone needing an honest, friendly, professional AC/Heating service!

I had a capacitor go out overnight during the 4th of July holiday weekend, called Arctic around 6:30 in the morning and was back up and running by 8. I was very satisfied with the service provided (and the bill) for an after hours service call and I intend on using them in the future.

It was late, so I left a message with Arctic Heating and Cooling. He arrived first thing in the morning and had us up and running in no time. He was quick, and the price was very reasonable and affordable. We will be calling him again if we ever need work done.”
