I called Colby on a July afternoon and he came to my house the same day. He was kind, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. My thermostat had gone bad, and he replaced it immediately. He also cleaned out my unit, which was very much needed. I will definitely call them again and confidently recommend Cullen’s to friends and family.

I called Cullins HVAC and explained that our heat pump quit working. Spoke to Colby, the owner, after hours and told him I was looking for an honest, reliable, Christian company to look at our system. My husband and I had been told by the original installer that we needed a NEW SYSTEM! We were told by the owner of that company that parts were not available so therefore since the compressor locked up we did not have a choice. Well, Colby came out the next day which was Saturday. Looked at our system and even went into our attic and looked at the system handler. Long story short, Colby quoted us a price right then. Said he had a compressor in his shop that he could install. He was booked with prior jobs and thought he might be able to come back late Thursday or Friday. Well, I spoke to Colby on Monday and he said he would be out first thing Tuesday morning. Colby was at my home on time. He was professional, dependable, honest and outstanding to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our family highly recommends Cullen’s! Colby is always very responsive and quick to troubleshoot an issue. He does great work from new installs to repairs. He’s very trustworthy and personable. Can not recommend him enough!

what an awesome experience. I called last night and he was here this morning before 9. Quick and efficient and the most polite repair man I know. Really if any of my friends ….. or not acquainted if you need a good heat and air guy, please call Colby Cohen. I guarantee he’ll take care of you.

Colby went out of his way to explain what the issue was with my air conditioning unit and the best way to fix the problem, and have less problems moving forward. Goes above and beyond what the initial job is.
