Wow!!! Wonderful company!! First time ever using them and I will definitely use them again in the future as needed. Very, very nice AND professional people! The young man, Mark, who came to do the work at my home was not only the sweetest, very kind and professional…. but very thorough and paid great attention to even the smallest details! With so many businesses having huge turnovers and questionable help…. You are lucky to have such amazing employees as Lily and Mark! What an asset Mark is to your business! He is most deserving of a nice raise… he will keep business coming your way! He should be compensated accordingly.

The guys that came out were so nice and very professional. I definitely would say call Strongbuilt for all your Ac work and installs. Four years into it with them and don’t call him. They’re not any good

Jose addressed water heater and water softer and was helpful and professional. The next day Zack come and addressed our air-conditioned unita. Both certified technicians were great. Strongbuilt is a business that buts customers first. Weather you are a civilian or veteran this company is great.

A friend recommended Sam at Strongbuilt when I needed a plumber. Sam came out and fixed my toilet. I highly recommend Strongbuildt and Sam. Scheduling with Strongbuildt was very easy. I could have had same day, but I chose the next day. Sam checked out my problems, gave me options and his recommendations. He had the parts and fixed it right away. Sam was friendly, cleaned everything up, and checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.

Tristan was at our home to repair the Suntrac sensor and R&R the Patriot UV bulb. Tristan was amazing!!! Extremely cordial, very efficient and explained every step of both jobs. When we need any A/C or Heating service, we WILL request Tristan. Also, A/C Manager Jeff was great facilitating the Patriot UV bulb R&R.
