Arizona Sommers as usual had excellent service. Came out the same afternoon and returned the next day at my request for the repairs, replacing one part and ordering another. I did have a question about the details of the invoicing, but Don answered my questions very professionally, promptly and kindly. If you have any questions, just e-mail him. Thank you. Update. Subsequently I had Sommers come out to replace a motor in my furnace. They now give a generic price without listing the parts or the labor and said that is what the industry is doing. It was a very high price. When I asked for a breakdown he was not able to give one that made any sense. Extremely disappointed with this business practice.

Tucker was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t waste any time finding the problem with my heat pump and getting it working again. I also appreciate his patience with me when answering my questions. I am also very happy that Arizona Sommers has a plan for seasonal maintenance. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that I already have appointments for checkups scheduled in April and November. Every experience I have had with them is the best of the best!

Everyone from Arizona Sommers were wonderful. Brian who came and gave me an estimate, Rusty who came by the same afternoon to take measurements and also came back the following week to inspect the installation, Mike and Ryan the installers that came the next day. The girl from the office that would call me if the were running a late. The nicest people. Their prices were reasonable. They were my third estimate and came in between the other two. What impressed me was that they didn’t require a deposit, just a handshake. Thank you all for making a large home investment stress free! I would definitely recommend this company 💯 percent.
