I had an emergency!! No A/C and they called a technician and as soon as he was done with the call he was on he came right over. I so appreciated that as I didn’t have any a/c. Bad news was I need a whole new a/c unit which I kinda already knew. But great service and tech was very good and helpful. Thank you

When my house started heating up, that was not a good sign. Then I realized that my A/C wasn’t working at all. Of course, I looked for someone to help and saw River Valley. They’ve been in business since 1955 and had hundreds of great reviews, so I called. Debra, the dispatcher, was very nice, took all the information, then told me that Edgar would be contacting me. I was afraid that it would take days to get to me, because of course, summer is when everyone has a problem with their A/C. But three hours later, Edgar called and arrived a few minutes later. He checked out the unit, taking his time and being thorough. Then he told me it was a bad capacitor. He had one in his truck and in no time, the A/C was blasting out cold air again. Everyone at River Valley was helpful, friendly and professional. Edgar was great and so fast. It’s much appreciated. They are at the top of my list should I ever need help again. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much to all of you. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Purchased complete unit from River Valley in 2020… No issues until 2024… Noticed A/C wasn’t cooling. Called River Valley to report the issue… Travis came out promptly on a Sunday evening…. Quickly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor)… He had the part in his van. .. Installed the new capacitor, and A/C back working properly 20 minutes after he arrived.

As always, I had a great experience with RIVER VALLEY AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE during my summer maintenance check today. TRAVIS is very kind, polite and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer technician or a better outcome. I would also like to add that whenever I’ve called on the phone, the girls in the office have also been extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs help. I would give ten stars if I could! Thanks to all of you, and I’ll see you again for my winter maintenance check!
