Batchelor’s Service installed my whole house standby generator last week and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They coordinated the entire project (there’s more pieces to the puzzle than one may think). All I had to do was call the gas company to schedule the upgrade of my gas meter. Batchelor’s set the generator unit on a raised pad, ran the necessary gas piping, and arranged for the electrical contractor (South Alabama Electrical) to mount the automatic transfer and hook up the power. They even handled the coordination with the power company. The next day, Batchelor’s technician performed the check-out/start-up, and showed me how to monitor the unit if I wanted to. I opted to get the semi-annual service, which I added to my semi-annual HVAC service contract. I’m glad I used Batchelor’s; the project went smoothly and the cost was very reasonable.

I was happy to see Shawn drive up this morning. He is a great service man. Mine was a repair of the disconnect that was found by Carlos who is another champion maintenance man. Their service is always great. They come when they say they will & do the job. I have used them for about 25 years with no problems whether it is during the work week or weekends.

Shawn M was outstanding this am on our service call. Let us know he was on the way and gave an outstanding ETA. Professional and cordial explaining what our issues were and how to proceed. In the last year or so that we have had Batchelor’s on a service contract from the lady who answers the phone to the techs that come out to do the service has been fantastic.
