I HIGHLY recommend Alabama Climate Control for your ac/heating needs. Every gentleman (Rodney, Richie, Joe, Sawyer, and Travis) that I had contact with during my ac issues was informative, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. As a single woman, I do not always feel like I am taken serious or that I am treated with respect by repairmen. BUT. Each one of these guys took time to answer questions and to make me feel at ease with my decisions. Thank you Alabama Climate Control for hiring great guys like Rodney, Richie, Joe, Sawyer, and Travis!

Bought my unit from them 10 years ago. Have always used them for the PM services and been very satisfied. Have not had the summer PM done in a few years but Brandon did a very thorough job yesterday. Answered all my questions and was very reasonably priced for the service completed.

Such a great bunch of folks!!! They installed a system for us about three years ago and have been servicing it ever since…. *****EDIT**** I TAKE BACK EVERY GOOD THING I’VE EVER SAID ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! We have been paying for “preventative maintenance” that has not prevented or maintained anydangthing!! Our TRANE hvac unit is just shy of being four years old and we’ve already had to sink almost four grand into two complete system failures. Failures that per Trane, could have been mitigated. And here we are being cash cows to a company that gets paid for things to break and is aiding that process any way they can! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! ZERO STARS!!

Ronnie and the team are quick to respond to all our urgent needs at Octapharma Plasma . They have visited us at all hours of the night and day to repair our commercial freezer units and HVAC systems.We appreciate all the hard work from each member of their team.
