Cody showed up around 10:15 am. Checked the system out clean the coils outside checked the attic system out. Ended up having to replace the capacitor, system is working a lot better now. Cody was very professional, explaining to me as he went, very knowledgeable about his job. If my neighbors or family ask who I would recommend for air service it would be Brown Heating and Air. Also I’m having the ducts cleaned out with UV installed. Thanks again

Great service!!! Dan was excellent. He was prompt, accommodating to my schedule, highly professional and polite in his communication with me. The work was top notch. I would highly recommend Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing! Cody came on an emergency call for a burned out condensate pump. Had water leaking and he arrived much earlier than estimated and fixed the issue completely. Great service. He called me throughout the process as I was at work. Brown Heating is the best company I have used and I will continue giving them my business. I’m most impressed by how Cody and Dan provided excellent customer service. The most professional technicians by far. Brown did it again! First, Brandon helped to assess our need to add a system to our home. He did a thorough assessment and gave us options. We decided to add the system and Jason, Josh and Garrett came and worked tirelessly all day to add the system and rework electrical and ductwork. We are enormously pleased with the workmanship and customer service Brown Heating and Air provided to us.

We have had this miserable plumbing problem in our house for years. I have had it looked at by numerous plumbers sometimes with transient results sometimes with no results. Matt put way more thought, determination ,time and effort into solving this problem than anybody we have ever had work on it before. I think we have finally found a solution. I very much appreciate that.

Sunday: Update. There was a misunderstanding with the work done/cost and Browns refunded my money immediately. 5 stars. 2. The AC is not working. Yesterday the cap seemed to solve the problem, but the condenser fan is not running today. Previous review: Brandon came out on Saturday to save the weekend. He found and fixed the problem almost instantly, gave me a few pointers and even took the time to cut some shrubs away from the condenser unit to improve airflow.
