I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone, got some guy named BJ on the phone (after waiting a week for a call back to schedule an appointment) and after I explained this issue with our system and told him I had a family friend that is a master HVAC tech look at it, he immediately downgraded the very well known and highly recommended company my family friend works for. Then I guess was in his feelings about what I said and told me he had no interest in doing any of the work.

They put air conditioning in my mother house about ten months ago and it went out06/17/2019 my mother called them they say they would try and get some one out Wednesday they hadn’t reach out to her and wouldn’t answer her calls r text so I called today and he say he wasn’t going to be able to do mine you he put it in 10 months ago he is giving a 83 year Lady the run around you are wrong for that dude.you wouldn’t want someone to do your mother like that and I don’t appreciate you doing my mother like that what goes around comes around

Forget this company. If you want ceiling to flood and fall out call this company. This company will make sure they don’t service your ac unit and will leak and the ceiling will fall. Please request pictures!!!! I will be happy to provide. They have terrible communication skills and their tech didn’t even come prepared to fix your issues.

Micah is amazing at explaining the entire process from start to finish. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! He and Oliver picked up all debris… you would never have known they were even here!!
