These people run a good business. Kathryn is so polite and efficient. I can book an appt with her in under 2 min. Most places I am on the phone for 15-20 min. The tech, I forget his name at the moment, is young but very knowledgable. I subscribe to their twice a year system cleaning and checkup. This fall he noticed the heating element was get old and corroded and told me to watch if it takes a long time to heat up. Just a month ago I notice the long times to heat the cabin. I called and they installed a new one. Peace of mind is what Miller’s gives me most. If u are not doing business with them, you should be. Give them a call.

After waiting 3 weeks for another company to install a new AC, I called Miller and James came out the next day. Put the Heat /AC unit in on the day we agreed on and came back the next day to make sure everything was working ok. This unit cools so good the other unit in the house only runs a third of the time it had been running. Great company with excellent people working for them.
